Where are your products located and shipped from?
All orders are packed and shipped from within Australia. Depending on stock levels, items are dispatched from our warehouses in either Victoria or New South Wales.
Note: If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods — including credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Buy Now Pay Later options available on our site.
Is delivery free?
Yes — every order within Australia comes with fast and free shipping.
What if my order is delayed?
